A FORMAL PRIVATE OFFICE
Guru Maa’s office is structured as a formal private office, with a level of formality, discretion, and protocol comparable to that expected of a senior public office.
Guru Maa’s affairs are managed through a discreet private office headed by a Chief of Staff, supported by a Private Secretary and dedicated administrative staff responsible for correspondence, scheduling, protocol, and access. This is an entirely private and independently operated office.
Every prospective client is considered before an appointment is offered. The office may review the nature of the request, verify basic particulars, understand the purpose of the proposed consultation, assess whether the conversation is appropriate, and determine whether it is consistent with the standards of the practice.
An enquiry is not an appointment. A request is not an entitlement. Payment is not automatic access.
The office reserves the right to approve, defer, or decline any request.
THE CALENDAR IS NOT FOR SALE
Where relevant, astrological timing may be considered before an appointment is confirmed. If the proposed timing is not considered appropriate, the office may defer the appointment, suggest another period, or decline the request.
The question is not only who is asking. The question is also: IS THIS THE RIGHT TIME? Status, wealth, and fame do not override timing.
ROYAL LINEAGE DOES NOT CREATE AUTOMATIC ACCESS
The practice serves prominent business families, HNIs, industrialists, and royal houses from India and abroad. Their background is respected; their privacy is respected even more.
Heritage commands respect. Wealth commands respect. Achievement commands respect. But none of them commands the calendar.
NEVER USED FOR PUBLICITY
We do not publish client names, photographs, private correspondence, or royal associations. Not every relationship needs to become public evidence.

PRIVACY OVER PUBLICITY
Privacy is not an afterthought. It is part of the practice.
Why There Is No Public Photograph
The absence of a public photograph is a deliberate privacy choice. It is not intended to create artificial mystery. The practice remains transparent about its identity, services, fees, professional boundaries, and process. What remains private is personal exposure. Privacy does not mean anonymity; it simply means that not every aspect of a private practice needs to become public material.
Why We Do Not Publish Testimonials
A practice dealing with deeply personal matters should be careful about turning private experiences into advertising. Therefore, the practice does not depend upon a public wall of client testimonials, WhatsApp screenshots, photographs, or emotional stories to establish credibility. We would rather protect a client’s privacy than use their words to sell the next consultation.
WE DON’T CALL YOU
The practice does not have a facility for unsolicited outgoing calls to clients. A consultation begins when you choose to reach out through the private application process.
THE PRIVATE FAMILY INVITATION & PROTOCOL
Guru Maa does not ordinarily accept home visits. There are, however, rare occasions when a family invitation carries a different meaning.
Occasions of Family Blessings
Guru Maa may be invited to attend a wedding or significant family occasion simply to offer her blessings to the bride and groom and the family. When Guru Maa personally chooses to accept such an invitation, she does not charge a professional appearance or consultation fee. It is not her ethic to turn such a personal family occasion into a commercial engagement. Such invitations are extremely rare and entirely subject to Guru Maa’s personal discretion, schedule, and circumstances.
Travel & Hosting Protocol (Outside Delhi NCR)
Delhi NCR is generally preferred. When Guru Maa exceptionally accepts a personal invitation outside the region, the visit remains subject to private-office protocol. Arrangements are coordinated in advance and may include:
- First Class air travel & five-star accommodation
- Dedicated chauffeur-driven transportation & pilot/escort vehicle
- Appropriate personal-security arrangements including PSOs
- Travel & accommodation for Private Secretary & staff
- Personally appointed specialised vegetarian cook where required; proper vegetarian meals throughout
All agreed hosting expenses are borne by the inviting family. These arrangements are not payment for blessings—the blessing is not for sale, and the protocol surrounding the visit is not waived.
Privacy & Photography Protocol
Guru Maa’s presence at a private family occasion is strictly private. Personal photography, videography, selfies, audio/video recording, and live-streaming are not permitted during her visit. Guests and family members are requested not to photograph or record Guru Maa or publish references to her presence. The purpose is to offer blessings and share a personal moment—not to create content. What happens in a private family gathering remains private.
